I am dying to go out and take some pictures. I have a few projects in mind that I want to get started on and I just need some inspiration. I'm starting to feel stagnant in my photography and want to try some new techniques out. Anyone have some ideas for what I should go shoot? If you are into photography what is your favorite subject(s) to take pics of?

My sister in law does this weekly photo challenge where she picks a topic and you go out and photograph it. Then she posts everybody's pictures so everyone can get different ideas. She is always looking for new comers. If you go to my blog, her blog is listed, called Las Vegas Photography. She's been studying photography for forever and finally decided to start her own business.
I think it's great that you are doing this - you do such a great job. I lack the talent, but love great pics. Definitely an art that requires talent. You go girl!
HOLY CROW! You blogged. Take pictures out at the creek.
I know someone who will need pictures of their newborn pretty soon... Interested? (:
So I know I already stalked your facebook page...but I am totally interested in you taking pics of the new baby! I've never had those adorable newborn pics taken and I know you would do a great job! Who knows when this baby is going to show up but if you are interested lets keep in touch until then :)!
Have you ever tried shooting during high noon? The light is really harsh, but there are some techniques you can use to help. 1) take a white sheet with you to diffuse the harshness of the light. or 2) turn your subject so the sun is behind them and the shade is on their face. or 3) use you flash (fill flash) to fill in the harsh shadows.
I like nature/landscape. I love to photograph flowers, leaves, insects, etc. ultra close-up. It's more about texture than object. You could also put your camera on full manual, shoot black and white and do bracketing. It's a great way to learn more about light and exposure.
